Tiny Module Homes Construction and Resale Process:

1. We will purchase initial tiny module home samples as part components to be used as training exercises in the various construction trades specialties.

2. Upon construction of the initial 8, tiny module homes, they will be installed on a plot of land acquired for the purpose of providing temporary housing for our trainees.

3. Our trainees will practice construction trades work on the construction of tiny module homes for the intent of resale to the public and government entities seeking low-cost opportunities for housing persons in need within the community.

4. Marketing

Our organization will launch a comprehensive marketing program to supply the public with the option of purchasing our tiny module homes, while also facilitating relationships within our local government and community for the purpose of providing our structures for necessary housing options where needed.
